The sidra varietal is a hybrid varietal that has recently become a highly desirable in the specialty coffee industry because of its dynamic flavours and an interesting mouthfeel. It is somewhat mysterious in its origins but its believed to be a hybrid of Ethiopian and Bourbon varieties.
Notes:
Brewed aroma: strong perfumey, complex, sweet.
Cup: Cooked orange, red fruit jam, great sweetness , some florality.
