One of my favorite qualities of this Tanzanian coffee is its acidity . This coffee feels so refreshing and sparkly in the cup. We taste cocoa nibs and blackberry. Like all our coffees, we roast this one fairly light to bring out that refreshing acidity. (great for cold brew)
